Abstract

In recent years, participants in the coffee sector have become aware of sustainability issues. A cup of coffee can convey various experiences to consumers. In turn, it comes with a story behind it that represents each producer. This leads to ask ourselves about the concept of sustainable coffee and producer and consumer perceptions.
