Abstract

In 2022, for the first time in the history of the country, a woman takes over the Presidency of the Republic of Honduras, who called “Nothing about us, without us” to the fifth paragraph of her Government Plan where, through nine proposals, would seek to respond and address the current situation of gender policies; however, by the end of 2023, most of the manifestos are still unstarted. Although progress has been made on this issue in recent years, there is still a long way to go to implement policies that seek to reduce gender-related problems and meet the outstanding debt.
