Abstract

There is current interest in the incorporation of technologies in electoral processes in order to strengthen democracy. Electoral observation continues to be a strategy of broad relevance in nations, since electoral integrity can be promoted from neutral entities. Its execution would be more efficient with the integration of information technologies (ICT).
