It describes the legal actions presented by these peoples before the Nicaraguan Supreme Court of Justice and its results. Finally it analyzes the immediate consequences of the law for the inhabitants and authorities of the Rama-Kriol territories, including the way in which the natural resources will be affected, and the actions presented by these authorities before the Inter-American Commission of Human Rights.
