Abstract

The Heritage and Risk Management, complicated things to define each by their side, each with its own complexities and their universes of variables, but to what extent one can rely on the other with an ultimate goal ?, I raised this final goal as the safeguard of what we as a society consider valuable, and worth protecting. Very good then, it's sensible to start ordering ideas and scientific rigor requires the clear and consistent definition of each of them to find the points of articulation and support where we grab, because although it is true are different disciplines, each is part of science , and from this point you can start your classification, both are part of the scientific knowledge itself to follow the definition of the dictionary of the real Spanish language "Science is the set of knowledge obtained through observation and reasoning, systematically structured and from which principles and general laws are deduced.
