Innovation within learning processes: Academic experience in creative design and entrepreneurship with fifth-year students from the Department of Psychology at UNAN-Managua

This article aims at the academic experience of the motivation of creativity in students in the field of innovation with fifth-year students from the Psychology department of UNAN-Managua. The University in recent times has bet on the development of this component in the different areas of knowledge, which has allowed a positioning of the University in this subject.
The work reflects the methodology developed within the framework of the Facultative subject which introduced the development of creative thinking and innovation. Likewise, it addresses the application of different techniques used in the course of it and the perception of students in relation to the learning obtained.
The results obtained from this process are positive since the projects developed are still valid and are at the service of society thus developing in practice the learning elements of their university career and what they have learned within the framework of the subject.
