Abstract

During the last decades from the end of the 20th century and the beginning of the 21st, information concerning the ancestral elements of our original peoples has been lost in a wide manner. Elements that had great significance in our societies, elements such as History, culture, traditions and knowledge that have been lost due to the lack of information transfer as a result of globalization and the incorporation of Western elements into our customs, knowledge and traditions. This work aims to contribute to the recognition of people who have dedicated their lives to contribute through their knowledge in the application of ancestral medicine practices for the common good of their communities with the clear intention of developing the good living of the population in their communities territories.
