Sustainable Tourism: Cultural Elements That Can Be Exploited for the Tourism Potential of the Creative City "Granada Colonial"

This article is qualitative and is based on the bibliographic review and application of surveys, interviews and participant observation, which allows us to link ourselves in depth with the phenomenon of study that is the identification of the tourist cultural resources of the Creative City "Granada Colonial" for the potentialization of Sustainable Tourism in thecontext. In Nicaragua, since the inauguration of the Government of National Reconciliation and Unity (GRUN), a series of needs have been identified linked to the nature of our economic dynamics, which in the particular case of Nicaragua, according to the Central Bank of Nicaragua, is made up of more than 80% of informal jobs, and that the Creative Economy through good government management and citizen organization has come to turn what we have into a new economy. It was believed to be a weakness and a threat locally and internationally, in a context with infinite opportunities for development.
