Abstract

Entrepreneurship is considered one of the innovative initiatives that
contributes to the economic sustainability of millions of families, in addition to
being inherently in society, achieving the economic and local development of
a country, promoting the improvement of the quality of life of the population,
which is why people emerge in the search for both personal and collective
economic stability through entrepreneurship that plays an important role in
promoting the development and economic growth of the country without
neglecting the implementation of policies effective public The objective
of this article was to analyze public policies and their relationship with the
enterprises located in front of the Portoviejo Specialty Hospital during the
year 2022. A linear regression analysis was carried out to estimate the model
through the Stata program, for which a sample survey of 30 entrepreneurs
in the sector. The results show that Ecuador is one of the countries with
the highest rate of enterprises presenting a high TEA at the regional level,
however, these enterprises do not have the capacity to generate enough jobs
to mitigate the high unemployment rates. Therefore, it is concluded that with
the construction of adequate public policies that the government imparts, the
entrepreneur will emerge in such a way that he becomes a dynamic agent of
the economy for the productive development of the country.
