The Municipal Trade Schools (EMO) are part of
the strategy promoted by the Government of
Reconciliation and National Unity, to promote learning
opportunities through training programs for work,
labor assets and productive inclusion, setting as a
goal what is contemplated in the National Plan to
Fight Poverty and Human Development 2022-2026,
registers 138,000 protagonists. This strategy began in
2009 under the name of Mobile Courses, to later be
called Casas Comunales de Oficio and from 2014, EMO
strategy, contributing since its implementation to the
training of more than 400 thousand protagonists in
different courses taught by INIFOM, INATEC and the
mayors
In addition to strengthening capacities with this
program, the growth and scalability of business
models for women and men entrepreneurs have been
managed, activating local and national economic
growth, and the right to technical training has been
restored, contributing to gender equality, family
integration and improvement of quality of life.
This article exposes the participation of the CNU
universities in this support program for entrepreneurs,
managing to establish a dialogical relationship that
allowed the students and teachers who participated
to strengthen their knowledge, skills, attitudes and
values, acquiring the tutors skills to lead different
modalities. of educational practices and the strength
of students in situated and experiential learning based
on projects, achieving the ability to solve problems,
provide solutions and generate significant learning in
their professional training.
